1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Wrong / Damaged / Defective Product
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You receive a damaged or defective product
- You receive an incorrect product, size, or quantity
- The product received is significantly different from its description
Conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos and/or videos of the product and packaging must be shared for verification
- Damaged or defective products are verified within 3–5 business days
- Replacement (if approved) is dispatched within 5–6 business days

2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless received damaged or incorrect:
- Used, worn, or washed clothing
- Products with missing or tampered tags/labels
- Clearance or sale items
- Free gifts or complimentary products

Return Condition
Returned items must be:
- In original packaging
- Unused and unwashed
- With all tags, labels, and accessories intact
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Approval
Refunds are initiated only after:
- Successful product verification
- Quality check at our warehouse (3–5 business days)
4.2 Refund Method
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method, including:
- UPI
- Debit/Credit Card
- Net Banking
- Wallets

4.3 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD refunds are processed via UPI or Bank Transfer
- Customers must share valid UPI ID or bank account details
5. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
- Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3–5 business days
6. Exchange Policy
Direct product exchanges are not supported.
Customers may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Missing Items in Order
If any item is missing:
- Raise a claim within 24 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video is mandatory as proof
Claims raised without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
8. Shipping Timeline

- Delays due to courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are not refundable
